Finally, it’s about damn time that Wii U was able to have folders on the main screen allowing the organisation of games and content to the users liking.
That feature has finally been given to us, update 5.2.0 is out today and does exactly that and a few other tid-bits like stabilising the system more.
You can see the new features in action with the above video, we no longer are afraid that the next download just might fit on page 15 any more.
Nintendo Australia had it’s own “Direct” last night and the major reason was because apparently we are getting the “New” 3DS family of systems first outside of Japan. I guess we are being used as a test market to see if it works or not, I am okay with this.
What I am not okay with is the name “New”, it really should have been the “Super” 3DS because of the SNES themed buttons and easy to remember name, but I digress.
Courtesy of NintenDaan of Nintendo World Report showing off some gameplay footage of the English version of Bayonetta 1 on Wii U.
It looks super nice especially since I have only played the PS3 version (Shudder) and he shows of the sexy sexy looking Samus Aran costume, which is only one of the Nintendo centric costumes you can don in this re-imagining of the original Bayonetta.
I simply cannot wait until Oct 24 (US) – Oct 25 (UK/AUS) when this will be out everywhere along with Bayonetta 2.
Quake Live has now been added to Steam, Valves online shop and service, the best part is that it’s still totally free, the download is a total of 768mb and even on Australian internet that’ll only take a few minutes to get.
You can have fun blasting all of your steam friends and relive the good old days of Arena Shooters.
Square-Enix dropped by Tokyo Game Show 2014 to show us all a new trailer for FFXV.
Just watch, seriously that’s all I can say people, it’s just awe inspiring. Final Fantasy XV is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 sometime in 2015 at this time.
Nintendo along with Koei Tecmo have released a new trailer for Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine Maiden (known as “Zero” in Japan), the game is out this week in Japan and there is still no announced release for anywhere outside of Nippon.
It has come to light that shortly after the release of Super Smash Bros 3DS in Japan, users were complaining that the game broke there buttons and circle pad, mainly making the rubber fall off and sometimes snap the plastic underneath entirely.
This happens when you are too hard on your controllers and other devices, this is not something new or even something most people should worry about.
Nintendo have released the official TV commercial for US audiences for Hyrule Warriors on Wii U and if recent years have taught me anything, it’ll be the exact same commercial for everywhere except with that countries accent, huh.
Hyrule Warriors releases this Saturday, so don’t forget to pick your copies up people and have fun.
Reports are coming from Phil Spencer at Microsoft and Notch (Markus Persson) of Mojang that Microsoft has acquired the studio and obviously alone with it Minecraft.
The reports state that Minecraft is essential to Xbox’s success of recent years and that the merger makes sense. Notch has stated “it’s not about the money but rather my sanity” as he never intended nor wanted the success or rather the fame that comes with success from Minecraft.
This year November will be expensive, well it seems like every year that’s the case, however here are some notable games releasing in Nov 2014.
